TERMS OF SERVICE
Payment is upfront through Paypal or Ko-fi (If I'm unable to go forward w/ the commission I will give a full refund. This only applies if the commission is in its sketching stage)
TIME MAY VARY, no rush please (time may vary depending on the complexity of the commission. This will be discussed w/ the client)
Client MUST send references & any specific details about their character & commission. Any additional small references/inspirations are more than welcome! (ex: links, reference photos, playlists, pinterest mood board, chara sheet, etc.)
Alterations are acceptable. However, large alterations are $10-20 based on the extent of the change if done during the coloring-finalizing stage.
Finalized commission piece will be sent via email unless discussed otherwise.
Cancellations midway (lineart-coloring stage) will receive 50% refunds. However, any WIPs that I've sent to the client up to the midway cancellation point DO NOT have permission to use those WIPs as references, art posts, or be finished by other artists. If this term is broken, I have a right to have you pay the commission IN FULL.
Clients MUST credit me at my twitter.
Commercial use for any of my work is NOT PERMITTED unless discussed otherwise.
Tracing of my art, cropping of my signature, or any modification of my work in any way is PROHIBITED.
I have the right to share the commission at any stage in my social media, streams, and portfolio unless discussed with the client.
I reserve the right to decline any request.
